Treated water for discharge to a receiving body or drainage
Your wastewater treatment plant complying with any standard you need!
The water treated by Bclear plants comply with the national and international wastewater standards that you need. We can help you identify the regulation that must be met and avoid fines, just call us!
Bclear has a specific model to meet each wastewater standard; additionaly, each model has a wide variety of available capacities, which expands into more than 500 final wastewater treatment plant models, meaning you get the exact plant you need.
In the US and across the world, there are national wastewater standards that regulate treated water discharge, depending on where the water will be discharged or the reuse that you want to give the water. In order to determine the standard that must be met, we must know the location where you will install your wastewater treatment plant and identify the classification of the nearest receiving body; considering an incorrect standard, can elicit excessively expensive fines.
Wastewater standards and cost of a wastewater treatment plant
There is a proportional relationship between the removal of pollutants required by wastewater standards with the cost that the plant will have: if more removal efficiency is required, more technology will be needed to achieve it, and consequently, the wastewater treatment plant cost will increase.
The water quality required by the norm determines the cost of the water treatment plant.
Models of Bclear wastewater treatment plants
In Bclear, we have 5 wastewater treatment plant models for treated water discharge with compliance with the wastewater standards for the corresponding receiving body.
Each Bclear model has a wide variety of available capacities, which allows you to obtain the exact sewage treatment plant you need.
The final cost and model of your wastewater treatment plant will depend on the volume of water that will be treated and which of the 5 Bclear models is required to comply with the correct treated water discharge standard.
Econopack is a package-type wastewater treatment plant, meaning, it is prefabricated and all-inclusive. With an Econopack plant, you only connect the wastewater discharge inlet, and your plant begins to operate and comply with the wastewater standards.
Econopack is the only Bclear anaerobic wastewater treatment plant, which does not require electricity to operate. The treated water is completely suitable for discharge to drainage and in some cases, to receiving bodies.
Econopack wastewater treatment plants are available in more than 40 capacities from 1 user to more than 4,300.
The entire treatment system is in a single reactor, either stainless steel or carbon steel; making them portable and modular in case they need to be moved or expanded in the future.
The dimensions and specifications of your treatment plant will depend on the capacity and material required.
Bclear 001 A is a customized wastewater treatment plant, meaning, it is built on-site, which allows us to adapt to the available space, even if it is difficult to access.
Bclear 001 A treatment plants offer a water quality suitable for discharge into the “type A” receiving bodies. With this model, no matter the available space or the organic load of your wastewater, we can design exactly what you need!
Bclear 001 A is available in more than 100 capacities from 15 users to entire communities.
These wastewater treatment plants can be manufactured in stainless steel or concrete and, consequently, PK sizes can be placed superficially or buried, as required by our customer.

Bclear 001 B is a customized wastewater treatment plant, meaning, it is built on-site, which allows us to adapt to the available space, even if it is difficult to access.
Bclear 001 B wastewater treatment plants offer a quality of treated water completely suitable for discharge into “type B” or “type A” receiving bodies. With this model, it does not matter the available space or the organic load of your wastewater, we can design exactly what you need!

Bclear 001 C is a customized wastewater treatment plant, meaning, it is built on-site, which allows us to adapt to the available space, even if it is difficult to access.
Bclear 001 C plants offer a supreme quality of treated water, since they remove large amounts of pollutants from the wastewater, as well as nitrogen and phosphorus for treated water discharge into receiving bodies classified as “type C” (lakes, rivers, seas, and any other receiving bodies where aquatic life must be preserved). With this model, no matter the available space or the organic load of your wastewater, we can design exactly what you need!

What happens if I do not meet the correct wastewater standard?
As we have already mentioned, the wastewater standards are defined according to the receiving body where the treated water will be discharged; each standard defines how clean that water must be. If the treated water is going to be discharged into the sea, it must be cleaner than if we are going to discharge it to the drainage, and, therefore the plant that meets the standard for discharge into the sea will be more expensive.
If your treated water discharge is more polluted than allowed by law, you will receive penalty fees each time the authority reviews your discharge. On the contrary, if you acquire a wastewater treatment plant to meet a more demanding standard, without knowing that such quality is not required, you would be acquiring a more expensive plant than you really needed.
